Annet Mahendru

Mahendru is an Afghani lady born of a Russian father and mother who is a Hindu Indian mother. Mahendru is fluent of German Russian and English and also speaks French Persian and Hindi. Annet Mahendru has a Russian-Indian father. When she was 11, Annet Mahendru choreographed and performed a dance that earned her the honor of a German television appearance. The dance included a snow maiden from Russia that transformed into an entertaining Indian dancer. Following her graduation from the high school level and college in New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. The classes she took in acting were at the HB Studios. However, she left to pursue improvisational comedy at the Groundlings School. Her parents were an Afghani Hindu Indian mother and a Russian father from Kabul in Afghanistan. She moved with her father to New York's East Meadow York, when she was 13 year old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Television actress who is best known for her portrayal of an ex- KGB agent Nina Sergeevna Krilova on FX's The Americans. She has had a recurring appearance on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
